Registration for the ESPEN 2027 Symposium in Edinburgh will open soon

For Symposium Registration and Hotel Reservation, all participants must submit a complete online registration form. The ESPEN Symposium requires full data for each individual participant, including updated postal address and e-mail address. Incomplete registrations cannot be processed. Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

Save on the registration fees by registering before Wednesday, 10 February 2027, 23h59 CET. The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before the deadline. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the regular registration fee will be automatically charged.

LLL Course

The LLL Course is a paying course to be reserved upon registration and is open for all nutritional care givers (physicians, pharmacists, dietitians and nurses).

Registration to the Symposium is mandatory to attend the LLL course.

Payment by personal cheques cannot be accepted

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

Please note that the VISA invitation letter will only be sent to participants who have paid their reservation fee.

REGISTRATION MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Cancellation conditions

All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA by email. For cancellations received up to

Wednesday, 22 December 2026, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Modification conditions

A handling fee of GBP 40 per registration will be charged for every registration modification. For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
